Don’t risk missing out on “Risking Our Kids”
The documentary Risking Our Kids, produced by Rymer Childs and Western Australian production company Thunderbox, is set to screen on ABC1 at 8.30pm Tuesday, October 7. The film was launched by newly appointed Minister for Culture and the Arts, Hon John Day MLA on Tuesday night.
Risking Our Kids follows the life and work of Professor Fiona Stanley as she predicts a modernity paradox could shorten the life expectancy of the next generation. The film is directed by Judy Rymer and produced by Jody Nunn, Judy Rymer and Bevan Childs.
Professor Stanley spoke at the launch, which was attended by the filmmakers, ScreenWest Chief Executive Ian Booth, Lotterywest CEO Jan Stewart and Film & Television CEO Graeme Sward.
